Called asking for a very specific insulation. Mineral wool(any brand), 2x6 wall, 16" on center, R23. I was told that they could get it, but it would be shipped over from Boise and take less than a week or so. I said "That's great. That will work for me." I never got a call saying it arrived. I called 2 or 3 weeks later(on a Monday) and talked to the insulation guy and he said it was there waiting for me and the other guy was supposed to call me. I arranged to pick it up on Thursday. Drove over on Thursday, waited for 10-15 minutes before I could talk to anyone, then they couldn't find my order number. Lastly, the insulation guy tells me that we don't carry mineral wool in that size. We never have. I said I talked to so and so on the phone on Monday, the gal that led me back in the office says that is so and so. I said "Alright. I guess that's that." And then I walked out.

Came into the "door shop" and asked when we could get a door, the 'man' asked when we want it, we said as soon as possible, and all he had to say was " nope, can't do it" - not when they'd be able to help or would you like to figure out what you want for when you have time etc he was a complete douche. First visit and will NEVER go back. "New Year new Jeff" as their sign says clearly wasn't about having better customer service this year or that asshay being a kinder person.

Very dissapointed. Ordered a door three weeks ago and the order was never placed with the mfr. Reordered this week, was told it would be in Friday. Door arrives and was informed that it couldn't be bored until mid next week because they shut down an hour early on Fridays (even though their stated hours of business is an hour later and I was told that the door had to be bored on friday afternoon because Mondays and Tuesdays are too busy). I voiced my displeasure and the employee yielded. On my way there, I received a call informing me that they damaged the door when unloading it so now I'm out another week! No way, give me the damaged door and I will fix it. Last time forbthem.
