Staff is helpful, knows the products & offers good recommendations. Everyone there has pets at home & they share their experiences so their advice is generally very solid. As for products, there's good variety, new items come in all the time, & old items are put in/on markdown bins/racks. Parking is easy. Prices are competitive.

Mossy Oak

Based on their care for animals, and treatment of employees, I do not recommend supporting this business. They have a history of understaffing different departments, overworking their employees, neglecting the animals, and the vendor they use for their small animals often sends sick and dying animals. At different points, they've been unable to keep a store manager for more than 2 months. There's a reason for this, and a reason they aren't allowed to sell reptiles or different varieties of birds the way that other locations can. There are tons of other pet stores to choose from, and many locally owned shops that will provide better service.

Huge store. Merchandise is always well stocked. Big selection. However the prices on things seem to have been increased compared to other stores offering the same products.
