I LOVE this place, their kitties are so happy and healthy. Great store with a caring staff who really takes good care of their customers (those who walk on 2 legs/4 legs). I recently got the pleasure of taking home my new best friend from here finally, after so many years of wishing/wanting. Hi Norma! Our veterinary supervised teeth cleaning clinics are performed by Waggin Smiles, who can be reached at 707-637-0841 and http://www.wagginsmiles.com/. Our calendar shows the next clinic will be on 10/8 in our Novato store, followed by 10/20 in our Mill Valley location. The next clinic in San Rafael should be 11/12. I hope that helps! There are too many different kinds of filters to stock them in our stores, but we love fish and would love to order your filter for you. Hello Linda! Yes, we have a very popular self-service Pet Wash in each of our four stores. They are custom built tile wash basins with warm water, infused with your choice of earthbath shampoo. There is a cool air groomers dryer at each wash station, and we provide towels to finish the drying process. Each station has steps built into it to make it easier for most dogs to simply walk up and into the basin. Our staff is also happy to assist. And the best part: we clean up the mess and you walk out with a clean dog!
