This resort has some nice features and a few lovely parts, but is not really a luxury property or 5 star resort. Attention to detail is lacking unfortunately. The landscaping, architecture and design along with the stunning views of the Cascades make it a good place to visit, so that's the positive. We were shocked that the main fine dining restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays given that this is the high season in the middle of Summer.....Really was looking forward to some fine dining but had to settle for their casual restaurant for all our meals.. so many things could be easily fixed with better training...the adult pool and the kids pool areas need updated newer furniture and all the chaise loungers should be all facing the same direction, clean and upright when you enter, so the area looks luxurious....lots of cups and dishes left out the night before not cleaned up yet by 11am the next day... When you check in, the very first phrase from the front desk should be "welcome to Brasada, checking in?" not "last name?" where are the bell hops to greet you at the front door. For $500 a night, this should be standard, along with breakfast included in the rates... the cabin rooms were nice but not spectacular.....a hotel at this level should be serving nespresso or starbucks coffee... someone should walk the entire property every morning early and straighten all the furniture in all the common area spaces, so it looks new and neat for every guest....

We make Brasada our annual “kick off the summer” vacation. The kids love the pool and water slide, and the family loves all the other activities like hiking, golf, horseback riding, etc. I want to give it a 0 star just so you won’t come :) but this place is great

Stopped by here for Father's Day Dinner. We did not stay at the resort so I cannot comment on the rooms but from a distance they look very appealing. Onto the food... The fried tomato appetizer was refreshing and a great start to what was to come... Service is extremely fast and professional. We experienced above average personalized service and we're very pleased with our waitress. Salmon was cooked perfectly and blended fully with tasteful Salad Blackened scallops were prepared just right and had the perfect balance of taste and flavor. Placed atop a bed of grits with corn and peppers mixed in. Extremely tasty and highly recommend. Pizza was also delightful and full of flavor. We highly recommend this place as long as you're willing to take a 25 to 30 minute drive from Bend. For us, the drive and views are well worth it.

A surprisingly amazing place. I say surprising, because a first impression seems pretty low key. After a short while, you come to appreciate all Brasada has to offer. Great food, great pools, fantastic views of 7 mountains, and a great golf experience. One other thing that impressed me was the actual construction of the facilities. Giant beams and posts are holding the buildings up. I'm sure they alone were specifically milled for Brasada. I could go on, but go take a look for yourself
