Lulu was an amazing experience all around. He helped my girlfriend out with any and all questions and was extremely informative. Her glasses that she would wear on a daily were very loose and would fall off just looking down and he fixed them perfectly for her. Worked with Nick from the lab. Had worked with multiple associates in the Irvine office where everyone was courteous and professional however resulted with poor results.
