Worst customer service. Great when they want to sell you a part but terrible when you want to return a part. Turned out to be the wrong part for my engine even after having them look up the part by my engine SN.

Had a problem with my automower, the tech there sorted the recalls on my machine and after he was done my machine has worked wonderfully

They were outstanding! Took my old chainsaw in to see if they could help it run again. They not only got it running again, they also pointed out (and repaired) other problems with it. As well as giving me some helpful advice on how to take better care of it by watching the type of gas I put in it.

Non-ethanol fuel still has around a 4-6month shelf life and can contain up to 3% ethanol. This is still better than e10 as that has about a shelf life of 30days and contains 10-15% ethanol. Fuel regardless of percentage of ethanol still loses volatility overtime. Degraded fuel can make it difficult to starting. If it’s a fuel issue our shop can clean and/or replace fuel components as needed to get you back up and running. I don’t wish to discourage you from visiting our shop but I should mention we are not a John Deere servicing dealer and that you may find John Deere parts cheaper than what we could sell them to you for. If you are interested in having us repair your equipment Just bring it in during normal business hours to check it in for repair. Fuel related repairs can vary quite a bit depending on the damage inside the engine and seeing it we can get you a better idea what repairs are needed. Thanks for reaching out to us. -Alax
