Best practice and doctor I've have been too. Clean, nice office, great staff who pay attention to you and are on top of everything. Dr Paul is the man. Attentive, compassionate, understanding and just really a nice guy. I promise you will have a great experience with Elevated Health. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with them I wanted to let others know.

This is by far the best facility and doctor I've seen in years. These guys are incredibly squared away. The facility is top-notch and the payment structure they have for medications and for monthly dues is phenomenal. I've never been to a place that for $80 bucks or $75 or $100 allows you to see the doctor for 45 minutes and 30 minute appointments, as many times as you want! Not only can see him as many times as you want per month, it gives you access to him 24 hours a day via text message/phone. Without getting charged extra. There is not a doctor in the country that has the guts to answer the office phone, or allow text messages, ext ect. The doctor is also extremely cool / down-to-earth and incredibly smart. He is familiar with a huge variety of conditions and diseases. I was injured in the military and have some pretty rare conditions and he was extremely familiar with a lot of the ones that most doctors had no idea what they were. I am incredibly impressed with these guys. The office manager is also outstanding. Great guys all in all. You can also text the office and the doctor in emergencies or for updates. It is a very cool system. I highly recommend it. I have insurance and I still opt to use this system instead of the traditional Insurance system because the care and time you get to spend with the doctor has a 10,000 times greater value and then what I actually pay. When you make an appointment for 30 minutes with the doctor here, it's not like most facilities where it means 25 minutes of blood pressure and temperatures with five minutes of doctor time it means you'll actually get 30 minutes with the doctor. He will literally come in the room and hang out with you and give you all the time you need to express your concerns. He will also educate you on outcomes and treatments. The other number one perk of going to this doctor is they have a system in place with a pharmacy that allows you to get your medications directly from the doctor at a discounted price. So for example, if I am sick and I go to see him and he prescribed me antibiotics I can literally walk out the room and they'll be waiting for me before I even leave his office. That saves me time and headaches of having to deal with CVS Pharmacy and wait 3 hours and have to drive and when you're sick that's the last thing on Earth you want to do. I have no doubt that you'll be extremely happy if you go to see this guy. Five stars on the cleanliness, 5 stars on the design of the facility, five stars on the staff and five stars on the doctor. The building is a little bit old and outdated and then you open the door to his office and it looks like an awesome modern high-tech doctor's office with tablets and flat screens. It is very cool to say the least.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Matt for about 6 months now, and am so happy I made the switch from my old doctor! I actually switched both of my children as well! He is very responsive, his office staff is amazing, and they are all so accommodating. I love the fact that I can walk into the office and I get greeted by my first name right away! I’m more then just a medical chart filling space in a filing cabinet, and I love that about Dr. Matt’s office. Dr. Matt will actually call/text you after a “problem” has occurred to follow up and make sure you’re doing well and that you don’t need anything, I’ve never had that happen before with any other doctor. The best thing so far though, is that both of my children LOVE him! My daughter is 11 and she said she never wants to see her old doctor again, and my son (age 4) calls him “Uncle Matt” hahah and adores him and isn’t afraid of going in (which is something he used to be afraid of with his other doctor) I’ve recommended him to all my family and friends and will continue to do so! Dr. Matt is amazing!

I was hesitant at first, but now I'm a strong believer that here comes something we're not used to, ground breaking way of primary care that might just change the entire way of what we always knew as "primary care". Dr. Matthew Abinante and his crew provide exceptionally excellent customer service, they are professional and efficient. They made me feel cared for on a personal level, unlike big doctor offices do. So for someone who can't afford buying their own health insurance or needs a private doctor (who actually gives a damn!) on top of their main insurance, this is absolutely THE way to go! Thanks guys!
