I myself is NOT patient.But.your biggest problem is that those that valet parking are blocking those that have appointments from entering and register ..a handicap van w/sidelift (passenger side) CANNOT be directed to back where those non- ambulance drop off is too crowded with contractors and suppliers restrict those that have to wait , buzz guard to open door, go elevator and. Stand in line to register for their appointment..i Sorry but I think you, Care, as you SAY for those that are referrals to your clinics..your Valet parking crew has more Authority over a patient's right to enter to be treated..they are more concern about (tips)parking ..they park cars on the turn so no TRANSPORTATION vans can enter to drop off patients who are denied access for treatments..they ALL do this at each San Pablo enterance and your place..SUCH A RACKETT AGAINST THOSE. THAT ARE IN NEED ..HATS OFF TO YOU...

Dr. Lenz’s is an alright guy he’s world class at getting his patients just the right amount of chemo to not kill his patients quickly (even though chemo only increases your chances of survival by 1%) and makes sure the drug companies get plenty of money before the chemo ultimately ends the patient. But be sure your family member doesn’t end up with complications from surgeries they had during chemo because once your family member does quit chemo because they found better alternative treatment they won’t touch you to give you life saving procedures. My mom had quit chemo to move forward with safer alternative treatments, but she had had a stent placed previously, but thereafter quit chemo but when it was time to get it replaced and my mom had an appointment Talin, Dr. Lenz’s minion, turned our mom away when another doctor was already looking for a bed for her in that hospital. This then caused my mom to get sepsis and further infections which ultimately lead to her demise because other hospitals wouldn’t touch another doctor’s work to replace the stent. This is because our mom was on Medicare and of course hospitals don’t get much money once you quit chemo so why do a simple procedure if you won’t get much money for your hospital for it, right? So they basically let her die. World class team right there.

Had urological surgery on 8/25/17. I stayed overnight. Presurgery nurse was wonderful. Recovery nurse was good. My first nurse once I reached my room , Antwanne (sp ?) was great. The rest of my stay went down hill fast. Night Nurse Admitted it was her first shift in hospital and she didn't know how to operate any equipment. It was burning up in my room and temperature was not adjusted until an hour before discharge. All meals were liquid though it was clearly stated I should be on Normal diet. Second day nurse was nonexistent . I was to be released between 10 and 12. I left at 2 30 only because my wife threatened to take me out herself. I was refused any wash cloths or towels to wash off. My wife found some in linen closet. 80 percent of my stay postsurgery was a nightmare.
