Small but beautiful sandy beach. Parking lot is about 50 yards from the water. Not too busy. Park restrooms are 'ok', and very easy to access. The view of the ocean and cliffs, is amazing. Great place for anyone that needs easy access to enjoy part of the Oregon coastline.

Really beautiful park great place for sunsets, hence the name:) Very clean park, great place for kids to run around and be visible to you. Pretty safe little bay with moderate waves rolling in. Never never turn your back on the ocean. Always be watching and listening for those sneaker waves.

The scenery is fantastic! The park is pretty good, we stayed 4 nights in late March and some of the sites were quite muddy and there were many "unsavory" vehicles circling the park each day so stowe your valuables if you leave camp.there was a heavy ranger presence and on the weekend days we did see police circle through a few times. Tons of hiking nearby!

Absolutely beautiful beach! My partner and I went on 2/9 and the weather was perfect for exploring around the beach. We spent at least 3 hours here climbing over rocks and checking out all the little pools of water that held so many different creatures in them. Lots of sea urchins, anemones, star fish, crabs, snails, sea slugs, hermit crabs, fish, and other little things that I do not know the names of! Definitely worth coming to check this place out if you are visiting anywhere near by :)

Both! The location is awesome. The park, bathrooms, showers, camp site hedges (cut to bare sticks) leave a bit to be desired. We overlooked all that and had a great time.
Yes yurts and I think they were around 50 a night.
There are tent sites in there RV sites. Tent sites do not have electrical or water.
We had bad cell service....it was kinda nice without the service. Enjoy nature at it's finest.
No. It is an oregon state park with fee camping. A tent camp will run you at least $19
Yes, dogs are allowed on-leash, but some people let them run free on the beach. We bring our three dogs and so far have had no problems with other dogs.
