Amazing selection of doors! Great price! I recommend shopping here. Downside- it took almost a month to get the door transferred from their other location. I went to pickup my door on a Sat. It took them 1 hour to find the door and load it.

Don’t buy doors from them. I had doors installed in December 2021 and they are now cracked and pulling apart. They refuse to replace them. I can see light through the door where the cracks are and it is difficult to close them securely because of the way they are pulling apart. It has been two months since (doors were 3 months old) my contractor filed the claim and they are refusing to replace them. These doors are poor quality and this company has no integrity.

I loved the quantity and variety of doors to choose from. I chose a glass and wood door 5 years ago. Beautiful handles for the double door entrance. People kept trying to open the fake handle on the right, causing the lever knob to sag down. The end of 2021 we noticed that the bottom of one of the doors started separating. I went back to Urban doors to see what they could do and they said they could do nothing because there was no warranty. I never expected a solid wood door to separate after 5 years. It's not a Hollow lamated door. I can't tell you how this will turn out, but at store level, I'm not impressed. I was given the number for corporate office. We'll see how well they support their product.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible STAY AWAY From this company. Their product quality is very bad and they refuse their warranty. Taking them to the Court to get My Money and Damages. My 3 brand new Exterior doors got cracked and crooked after two months. All 3 Doors got the same exact problem. The Owner of the company is crook and is giving me none sense excuses. Warranty Department is Ignoring your calls and Put you on hold for 1 hour till you get tired. They do not pick up the phone by seeing your caller ID Very unorganized and irresponsible. I wish I could Shut their Business down Completely.
