A better way is the best place to buy a cartridge. I go to a better way because they're the reason we have recreational marijuana in the area they fought hard to overturn the bans I support them because their local business keeps the money in our community. The other dispensaries in town unfortunately are from other areas and ran by people from other areas so the money we give to them is leaving town I support local business and local business owners.
That is not common practice. We do have gloves and tongs. Employees who are contagious, go home. Employees who are recovered, work their shift. Big difference between contagious, and recovering or recovered.

UPDATE: we are now recreational and medical. Anyone 21+ years old may enter and shop at A Better Way! Valid government issued ID is required at every visit. Klamath county has a ban on all recreational businesses. We are a medical only dispensary, meaning you must have an OMMP card to shop at our facility. Sorry.
