Had several packages delivered here from Amazon and they have them but refuse to give them to me because I was emailed only one pickup code. I have proof they are mine and they have my name. However the lady said normally people "get them at their house" ooook what does that have to do with me and my situation obviously if I could get them at my home I would. Long story short don't send your packages here. Do the other Amazon pickup in town or use a friend's address. So dumb to have my packages in front of me but I can't get them from rite aid.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy can't confirm a appointment. Then isn't even smart enough to ask if you would like to make an appointment. It's as easy as that. I was shocked to see the bad reviews. Now I know why. Made an appt for flu shot and did all the paper work. If the pharmacy is understaffed and stressed...sorry. Still not a reason to be short and ill tempered with customers. Will not be a customer again. No need for a reply.
