I have never had a problem this bad at a pricey hotel. Bad service, key cards would not work no matter how many new ones were made. I left and returned hoping the person helping me fixed it but she was gone so I had to work with a new receptionist. She gave a miniscule apology, and upgraded me to a top floor room. I would have thought it was over, but the new room is not really satisfactory. There are NO USB ports for charging phone in any rooms, the lighting has 2 settings (extremely bright fluorescent lighting or off), the coffee tastes like dirt, the TV is placed in front of a wall divider which makes it straining to watch from bed or couch. Finally the bath tub is extremely small. I'm a tall man with wide shoulders. I felt like a summer sausage in a hot dog bun. It's very hard to get in and out of. The shower is set low, and because the bath is not wide it makes the shower small. They tried to make it look bigger by adding a curved shower rod, and the receptionist didn't know the difference between Mastercard or Visa. The TV works and the bed is sleep able, but this hotel is worth about 1/3 of the original price.

The pool and spa was nice. The lady checking us in at the front desk was friendly. Breakfast was just OK. Rooms nice and clean. Our room was pretty nice sized. Something is wrong with the mini fridge in our room, was leaking and not staying cold. Stocked plenty of towels which is appreciated.

Positive: Hotel was good for our road trip. Decent breakfast, and room was ok. Pool was awesome and my kids loved it. Negative: The pull out bed was broken and the room that we were moved too had a pull out bed that was angled so that the head was lower than the feet, still highly uncomfortable.

We appreciate that they welcomed our pet. The rooms are small and a little dated, but not important to us. The bed wasn't the best, but we're picky. The place is pretty noisy. We could hear every step upstairs and the loud late night conversations in the lobby and dining area all night long. When we tried to see if somebody at the front desk would help with the noise, nobody could be found. We spent two nights, but didn't get any sleep. The location is great with quick access to hiking in the area. We probably will seek alternative accommodations next time.
