DO NOT GO THERE! Bikes are not well maintained. After biking for 30min, the battery of one of our eBikes stopped working and we had to wait 1h to get it replaced! without getting any apology or discount for the inconvenience. On top of that, employee was not friendly and didn't want to deal with any complaints.

Was quoted $18 for an hour, but in spite of using a bike for 50 minutes, was told that it was $24 upon arrival and that my previous quote was a lie. Not super impressed. @Haakon I'd love to agree with you, but my credit card statement seems to identify Parkwide. (sorry, I cannot find a reply functionality on Google)

That place is a trap! *The staff* The guy we had hardly knew what he was doing. Although he said, he was knew, one could expect a little more training from his boss. Nonetheless he was very friendly. *The bikes* The bikes obviously do not get a lot of maintenance. I had a lot of problems with my gears. My girlfriend got a defective bike lock. Additionally I don't think these bikes are quality bikes. Most of all they are very heavy and rusty. *The accessories* Locks and helmets are for free. The map you get is pretty crab. We pretty soon switched back to OpenStreetMaps, as we had a hard time finding on our way on the maps they've given us. *to put it in a nutshell* I would strongly dissuade from using that place. There are other places nearby and - though a little pricier - they have a better service.

Stay away from this company, plenty of other options. 30 mins into our bike ride we got a flat tire. We were on the street the entire time so it goes to show that the equipment isn't checked and the bike needed much maintenance in general. We called management and they said they couldn't get to us for a hour to pick up. Later to find out a employee said that's a lie, they just say that so that they dont have to and it forces you to walk back with the bike. We finally get back after a hour of pushing and this company still has the audacity to charge us for two hours. Rude management and corrupt services. Stay away!
