I work close by and don't have a car. This is where I go for lunch, except it keeps closing its lobby and doesn't offer an alternative for someone walking in with cash. I don't have a dam car so I can't use the drive through. Either they need to keep the lobby open or they need to let me order some other way. Because they shoo me away from the drive through because of policy (witch I don't falt them foe but still)

1 hour wait after one online order failure. Visibly frustrated employees, some walking off the line for a breather. This establishment needs some love - not the employees fault for system failure but not a great experience.

Wasn’t their day today. We sat and waited for our order while we saw about 6 others get theirs. When my husband went in to get our order they didn’t have any clue we were waiting….. got our order, after 2 try’s. Maybe next time…
