Us bank atm machine ate my debit card and the teller told me there is nothing they can do about it because they don’t have technicians they can call. Sounds like bs excuses to get out of having to do extra work.Hello Amber, I'm sorry to hear the ATM retained your debit card. With Covid 19 issues, it is understandable to only have the drive-thru open, but hours 9 - 4 weekdays only make it impossible for people working days to do their banking without taking time off work.Hello Christine, please know that the well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities continues to be our top priority. They just recently changed their policy to where you can't bring in your debit card to deposit cash. You have to have your account number memorized or on hand. Why is that necessary when the ATM doesn't require me to enter my account number? All it needs is my debit card. I'm going back to Bank of America!
