Really enjoyed this trail! With my husband we be walked by the trail to the hot springs and then we keep walking,just beautiful! Great views! We saw volcanics rocks and obsidian, lovely, don't forget the insect repellent because naturally there are mosquitoes on the shore

Nice place. But not worth Freezing with no heated cabins. And very stingy on wood. 2 presto logs per day in Feb? Water smelt and tasted like sulfur.

Gorgeous, great trail with great views. Combine with the quick walk over to the water fall at the beginning. Hot springs are a great destination for this hike. Mild amount of bugs if you go down to water edge and water is not drinkable (signs warn that you and dogs will get sick)
