I am proud to say I am employed with Alorica as a remote worker from home. This is my head quarters. I have just reached my 1 year Anniversary mark. I enjoy my job very much and those I work it. I must say I get to be part of a awesome team starting from management down to my team members. This company and it’s leaders take a proactive stance to push you towards greatness professionally and personally. It’s a company that truly cares for their employees, their clients, and the community. Management encourages you to advance within the company. I have seen and heard stories of many doing so and quickly to.The pay is competitive and they have great benefits as well. No matter where you are employed everyday is not going to be a walk in the park. Their will always be tough days because we all are human.
