Food is usually good and hot. The drive thru is chained in with concrete posts and that effects my rating. Often due to its location, people will loiter near the drive through and may ask you for money in the drive thru.

I went to this location around 10:40pm and ordered a Sourdough Jack. Once I got home and opened my hamburger the bread was regular white sourdough bread. It was not toasted. I was so upset with that. Also I had to get back in the line and order food again that I already ordered and the woman working did not charge me for. I reminded her that I ordered two tacos as well and she totally ignored that she didn’t charge me. This location was very busy and I believe they were rushing. Never will visit this location again

A little ran down. They thought I ordered jalapeno poppers when I clearly said potato wedges and it took some time to recieve food but they were busy. Food was hot and egg rolls and tiny tacos were crispy and fresh and not greasy. Nice foodThanks for letting us know about this, Steve. We should be firing on all cylinders and this is not the experience you should ever have at Jack's. We would like to investigate this concern further.
