What Luck
Honestly the slowest sonic you'll ever go to contradictory to the chains name the store loves to take their time. We have ordered 45 minutes from the time I write the review and still have heard or seen nothing related to our order. No drinks. No food. 3 different vehicles have pulled in ordered food and drinks and have gotten their meal despite arriving withing 15 minutes or so after us

Drinks are good here. The food is always so-so unfortunately. It's edible but I would not rush there to eat it. Had a breakfast burrito today and to say the bacon was burnt to a crisp is not exaggerating. Usually I do like my bacon crispy but this was overkill.

We just spent an hour in the Drive-Thru at Sonic when you get to the ordering station they ask you to wait so all the cars behind you think you're holding up the line when they are the ones making you wait. When we got to the window and asked the manager Devin why it took an hour in the Drive-Thru line she said it was because only two people were working there when I explained to her that it wasn't my problem how many employees they had but it was my problem that I spent an hour in line running off gas and asked her if I could get a discount on our milkshakes she told me no when my husband asked who the owner of the store was she said she didn't know and when my husband said he was going to call the owner to make a complaint she told us she would not serve us I would never go there again and we will be calling the owner to make a complaint the manager was rude and inconsiderate

I've never experienced anything like that. In my opinion, it's very much more likely the customer is the one being rude by not exhibiting some patience and understanding. For example, as orders are taken over an intercom system those orders can only be handled one at a time. That means when two cars pull in at the same time one of them is going to be helped first. The other immediately after. It's a tough job when customers don't use common sense and make unreasonable demands. It's supposed to be be a nostalgic relaxing fun dining experience and not a drive thru road rage vent. Face it, people are narcissist jerks nowadays. Bred to be the ultimate consumer Americans don't know how to truly enjoy their blessed opportunities or life. I reviewed Sonic and gave them 5 stars. I watched them work hard, serve good food and drinks and they did it whilst being polite. They earned it. Good question - hope my opinion / answer helped.

I don't know what they do on the inside but they make you wear masks when interacting with the staff.

1 January 3018: yes. All of the milk shakes and soft drinks taste great. Anyhoo, the employees are very slow. You will have time to give your order and shop at Walmart and return to sonic and your food may Not be ready.
