Horrible service. Staffs are very chilled back, and no urgency to customers need. A genuine smile can be a very effective, and respond to customers with utmost urgency would definitely uplift the vibe. They are busy, and I know many customers comes with so many complaints or weird request, but when you work in service industry, you have to be the best at what you do. Definitely need improvement, I’ll stop by next time on my way to Vegas! Hope you guys live up to expectations. It’s McDonalds, brand names means a lot to millions of customers. It’s not just a fast food restaurant. Thank you 🙏

Terrible service this white person super slow brain. I spend 10 minutes waiting inside he told me to way and after minutes he said we are CLOSE INSIDE ...FTK NEVER COMING BACK

I just waited almost 15 minutes in curbside pickup for an order consisting of only two soft drinks and a soft serve. The Drinks were both already watered down because the ice was mostly melted and the cups were not even full -.- The only thing saving this store from getting one star is the fact that the associate who brought my order out was very polite and did apologize for the wait.

Drive through was busy so we went inside. The dining room was closed. Took almost half an hour to get food. My wife needed to use the restroom but was told they didn't have to have one because the dining room wasn't open. This is not cool because they are on a main highway and many travelers stop for food and a bathroom break.
