So I walk into the central Bend Les Schwab store and tell them something on my suspension is falling apart I need help really bad and an alignment... they give me only an alignment take my money and send me out the door the next day the alignment completely goes away because this suspension is still damaged so I took it to the Southwest Schwab Maybe they're competent I told the guys what was going on that it was even more loose than when I brought it in for the original alignment please help me figure out what's going on before it gets me hurt.. they took it in the bay for 7 minutes literally 7 Minutes fixed their alignment and sent it back out no question as to why the alignment went away they just recreated it did not test drive it and gave it back to me.... 4 days later worse then ever If I had a wife and kid and this had happened to my wife's car I would be up there pretty upset right now they should be really careful with telling people that their cars are ready to go especially moms and Families. It's like if you don't pull in with a brand new F-250 and tell them you want custom wheels and tires they just don't take you seriously

This place is a joke. Don’t take your car here especially if you’re a young woman. I brought my car in for a new set of tires and an alignment. The tires got put on but They did not align my car. They claimed they got halfway through and decided the front end was too rusty to do an alignment. I did not find out they did not align it until I picked the car up. I know for a fact this is incorrect because I got an alignment before driving across the country 2 months prior and had no issues. Following this they quoted me on $1,300 worth of front end work. I have looked at my front end and there should be no reason they could not have completed the alignment. I have a feeling they take advantage of young women and people with little car maintenance experience. If you want a fair deal I’d advise taking your car somewhere else. I personally will not be doing business here ever again.

We went in today to buy studded tires and David was the salesman. I know you have been very busy with the snow hitting and people now wanting winter tires. David was really kind and went out to see what size tires we had. He got us an appointment right away and you had our car done within a couple of hours.
