At best, horrible customer service; at worst, illegal business practices. Was given the quote twice through our conversation. Checked my receipt and was charged over twice that amount; store representative was aggressive, rude, blamed me for mishearing ('thirty' vs 'seven' don't sound the same), accused me of lying. Ridiculously overpriced for the simple engraving I had done; full plaques may be more reasonable. Quality of work was fine but it was packed so the product got scuffed up. Will never go back; YMMV
