Absolute garbage. Takes weeks to get an email reply from the area manager. Even replying to the same thread as my cancellation documentation in November, and billed for the month of December. They refuse to acknowledge their billing errors, lack of communication or poor business practices Their services are in no way worth it. I’m having to close an account I’ve had open for over a decade because it’s the only way to avoid losing $70+ a month for the rest of eternity. They’ll say to send an email to customer service, and then never reply… their area manager takes weeks or more to respond, and still doesn’t fix the issues. Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with.

Massage envy is the herpes of businesses, they will never leave you alone if you get in bed with it. I could not be more serious, never ever, under any circumstances sign a membership with this company. Despite sending dozens of cancelation requests, getting replies to the email thread from the area manager, Jennifer, they will continue to bill you $70 month after month. Do not waste your money, in no way is it worth the time, frustration and headache. If you’ve already signed up with them, change your phone number, close your bank account and just freakin walk away. You’re never getting that money back, they’ll keep on billing you.

I’ve been an ME customer for over a year. I normally make an appointment using the ME app but I called since LA issued new COVID restrictions. The day of the massage, I received a reminder text an hour before the appointment with a link for contactless check in. When I arrived at the shop, I clicked the link to check in and waited in my car until I was called in. As always, the front office was super friendly. My massage therapist, Wendell, is the best and the only one I trust to work on me since my last back surgery.
