The woman at the front desk was very kurt and almost rude. She interrupted me twice and seemed like she was bothered by me wanting to register. I appreciated getting emergency food but it also makes no sense to me that they need a utility bill with a house address when I am currently homeless and can't provide that in order to register for monthly. They gave me maybe enough food for a few days. I'm trying to be understanding of the fact that maybe there's not the resources in this county but as somebody who's in transition and trying to rebuild their life I would think an organization with a big beautiful air conditioned building could have been more helpful. Salvation army was much kinder and provided a lot more food and even commodities.
