A very nice relaxing place to do your business. I go here to chill and study my important classes. Also very clean and tidy spaces to work in on all floors.

4th floor used to be somewhere you could quietly study. Now there’s people sleeping and snoring loud on weekends, people arguing and calling cops on each other over space, dumb girls screaming for a “social experiment” during midterms. There needs to be security on that floor at all times

Great library. You can find a Starbucks coffee on the ground floor. It is always open and you can have free acces to a computer. The best thing is on the top floor: a nice room, wide and comfortable and if you are lucky you can get a space with a table in which you can write on the walls, like a massive whiteboard. Perfect for groups or when you are studying with someone else.

Please stay open late on Friday and Saturdays please! Why wait until finals to open 24 hours?! Let us study ahead of time please. It’s frustrating when the library is closed at 5 Friday and Saturday’s! Those are the days when I have no classes and it’s awful to know that it’s closed but when it’s Sunday night they are owned until 12? It’s like the school wants us to procrastinate

Questions & Answers

Can you print papers in the library ?

Viviana Aleman | Aug 27, 2019
CSULB University Library | Aug 27, 2019

Yes you can. Black and white printing is 10 cents per page. You can send documents to the printer from any computer in the library, and also from a network connected laptop. The printers are located on the first floor in the middle of the computer lab. To pay for your printing you need money on your ID card, which you can add online or at the add money machine also located on the first floor.
