100% would recommend. Had a dog accidentally knock my laptop off the desk and it bent the charging portal so I couldn't plug the charger in anymore. They were able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Pricing was completely fair, especially with Chris' help. 5 stars all day!

I've gone here twice and the guys are very friendly despite being clearly very busy. I think the location could use more staff but they fixed my phone quickly and very well. I plan to use them again in the future.

Blatantly lied! Zero Accountability! 5 day delay in returning my phone! I paid for my repair on Friday and was told my phone would be shipped that day. On Monday when I checked on the shipment, they verified that it had been shipped and provided a tracking number. However, the package was never received by UPS. Turns out they still had my phone at the store and finally got it shipped out today, five days later. I asked for a small refund because of their mistake and the delay. They refused to do anything to account for their blatant lie and mistake. I was stuck using an old galaxy S5 for 5 days longer than I should have and spent a significant amount of my time trying to track down my phone with the uBreakiFix store, UPS, and the uBreakiFix corporate office. I guess this is the world we live in, where there are no repercussions for being unaccountable, irresponsible, and having poor business ethics.

Very frustrating experience at this store and bad customer service. I had to visit this store a total of 6 times (with multiple unanswered phone calls and voicemails) only to have them make my camera worse than when I brought it in. I was not offered a full refund despite them costing me more money in the long run by invalidating my phone with unofficial parts. I took my iPhone to this location to have a cracked camera lens fixed (for a camera that was still working). After replacing the lens my camera worked but became blurry when zooming in and I took it back. I was informed I would have to buy a completely new camera. I was not informed this camera would not be an official iPhone camera. When the phone was returned to me the camera would not work at all and was worse than when I first brought it in. When I asked for my original camera back to take it to a licensed Apple repair I was informed I couldn’t have it back. I was told they were unable to fix my phone as the phone wouldn’t recognize their replacement parts I was now stuck with. After informing me my phone couldn’t be fixed I wasn’t even offered a full refund. Would not recommend this store for any Apple products. Customer service was very unhelpful, rude, and routinely would not answer calls, voicemails or give updates or even provide a full refund.
