Cashiers who work at register 1 are always very friendly. Also, the young men sticking shelves during business hours are always so helpful and polite. It is super refreshing to see this kind of customer service at Walmart, or really anywhere. So, thank you to those young men for providing such exceptional customer service. It, sadly, has become a rarity. Just a couple more things to add about the staff at this Wal-Mart.. lost my phone in the store, and was so stressed out. Just as I was giving up, the manager, who had already been so helpful, found me and kept ne know that an employee had found it and just turned it in. I am so grateful for the honesty of that employee! Also so glad that this is my neighborhood Walmart. The customer service is just outstanding! ****I just want to say again how really friendly these employees are. I just don't think they get told often enough. Customer Service is not easy. Never has been, but in today's society it's gotten just horrible. I've seen some new faces working over the last couple months, and they are all just as friendly, efficient and knowledgeable as the people I've been seeing there for years. So, again I think y'all are doing a great job in a place where sometimes just showing up is difficult. So, my family and I appreciate what you do every day. Thanks!**** Seems like the people stocking the shelves are trying to appear unapproachable. Do they just want to make sure nobody asks them for any kind of assistance? Big change from when I did my first review. Everything else, still fantastic. I Love my local neighborhood market store, and the friendly front end employees! People stocking, they could use a little help with approachability..

Beyond frustrating that for a year now it seems the service desk/money center closes whenever. I thought they are open til 6? So much to do and I never know if it's a waste of time trying here first as It is closer to home. Most of the time it is as it's always closed

6am Saturday morning... Ran out something important. Walmart in my neighborhood had all I needed plus really good fresh produce, friendly staff and a very clean store... Good job weekend crew.

I had to have one of the employees get her supervisor, what's her name was . For the most part, Walmart neighborhood markets staff I respectful and nice, however, today's experience was unacceptable. I needed to buy a particular item and the gal who was working the self checkout aisle would not help me any further when I was trying to purchase a SIM card that comes with a prepaid cell phone card, from straight talk, ( which I highly recommend. I can get out further with my service when I'm higher up in the mountain ranges and great wonderful customer service and they go out of their way to help you.) She told me that it wouldn't ring up, what you didn't, but then she took it away and kept it and was going to leave it at that. She was not going to allow me to buy it and was not going to help me until I asked for her supervisor. Which was ....... Why was I grateful for her to come and help, however, she wasn't rude at all with her voice but you can totally read her body language. Not a very good supervisor and definitely not a good employee. By the way I would highly suggest going to the store and buying one of the prepaid calling cards that comes with a Sim. Only $53 and something cents. I'm sure you can find us at any of your local Walmart retailers. Have a great day 😊
