CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE!! Sooo, I Tried to Confirm my Appointment Online.. and every time I try to enter my confirmation code it doesn't let me ALWAYS goes to "CHAT WITH AGENT!! SO FRUSTRATING!

I took my mom early in the morning we had an appointment I was so impressed and so grateful my mom has dementia and they were so kind and caring helping me with my mom they had a really difficult time getting blood from my mom but they took their time they were very patient if I could give them more than five stars I would❤️

Very friendly staff. I had an appointment at another location the day before, however they called that my appointment had to be cancelled because of maintenance. This was not what I expected, since I always go a week before my Doctor's appointment at which time we discuss my tests! So I tried getting an appointment before my Doctor's appointment but was unable to get one with enough time for him to get the results. So I went as a walk in and it was a relative quick visit. Taking elderly patients first thing in the morning was helpful. There were a few there when I arrived but thank goodness it moved along quickly. I've always had excellent service with Quest!.
