Went to Whittier Cyclery to get my front derailleur adjusted and right away was told that my cables were stuck and had to be replaced at a cost of $110. Obviously, I denied the work and headed over to Frank's Bike Shop. Frank adjusted my gears, lubed my chain and cleaned both derailleurs for $20. This is my go to bike shop moving forward. Thank you, Frank.

I took two bikes today for a tuneup and he was busy. He was servicing two couples when I got there and when I told him I was taking my bikes for a tuneup he said he will start service until February. He took the time to explain and even suggest other shops where I could go. He was polite, courteous and engaging. I left his shop knowing that even he couldn’t provide the service at the time, he takes care of customers the way it should be so I’ll return whenever I need something for my bikes.

First time coming into the shop. We brought in 4 bikes we have had sitting in the garage for a long time. We weren’t sure how much work was going to be needed on them. We had new grips placed on 1 of our bikes, another had a flat tire and all 4 bikes needed air in the tires. We were assisted by Angie, she was very helpful and honest and didn’t over price us. We were expecting them to try and make us replace a lot of parts on the bikes and buy all new tires but Angie honestly evaluated all 4 bikes and gave us ideas of how long parts will last and if they really need to be replaced at this time. She could of taken advantage of us since we knew nothing about bikes but she didn’t. Prices were great especially considering the great service we received.
