They're never open on time it is now passed 8:23 am and people have work and stuff they need to do. It says 8am opens and I have been here multiple times and they are not. There is 3 of us waiting. So disappointing. Be open on time and do ur job right. This is embarrassing for sun clinical I think I will be changing insurances again to go to the other lab I use to use. Very very unsatisfied.

Just visited today! Everything is so smooth! Have your ID and insurance card ready, quick and easy! The office is small, be there yourself because no one is allowed to wait at the hallway. Only one staff takes care the paperwork and blood draws, so be a little more patient. Here’s the office hour!

I would definitely give zero stars, if that option was available. I have been here twice and the one and only employee is ALWAYS late and RUDE! The office is a tiny, filthy hole in the wall and our insurance company and IPA should be ashamed of sending patients to such a location. Shouldn’t a lab be clean and sterile? I wonder if they are even accredited to do what they do. I only let them take my blood, because the needle was in a sterile package that they opened in front of me. Shame on healthcare for allowing these types of businesses to remain open.

This place is terrible only on person for front and back. She doesn't know how to make the best choices. We were waiting and when a new patient come ins she decided to check his insurance instead of helping the us. We were here already for her to help us. Almost an hour and were still here.
