Sunrise LAX Airport Parking

Had such a great experience using them in May 2022! Arrived in the early AM and was checked in. I handed them my keys and they shuttled me to the airport with a couple other ladies within about 30 mins. After my trip I called them for a shuttle pickup and took about 25 mins because the high traffic area, but everyone was so nice. The checkout process was easy. Handed over my ticket and was charged exactly what I was quoted online when I made my reservation. They pulled up my car and handed me my keys. GREAT experience, will definitely be using them every time I fly out of LAX!

I was on time dropping my car off and picking it up. They guy tried to tell me I owed for an extra day. I showed him my invoice. He truly refused to look at it, probably because he knew exactly what it said. He told me saving $20 was not going to buy me a new car. I tried to be calm, but he just kept repeating these strange lies about paying for an extra day. He even tried to claim I started a day earlier than I did, then caught himself. I got upset and finally told him to call a manager. He did not get a manager. I told him was trying to scam me. He let me pay the agreed upon amount and told me I was not allowed to use Sunrise anymore! He also told me he hopes my family has bad luck and bad things happen to me and my family. Why would I want to go back?

I had excellent service last minute at Sunrise when I decided to drive to LAX. Nicely greeted, told me the rates which were reasonable and then I was taken to my terminal with a short drive. I called upon my return and was picked up within 10 min. Both my check in guy and both drivers were great!

I had a good experience here. After comparing reviews from other parking lots near LAX I decided to go to Sunrise. I reserved my spot online to get the online price, not the price you get if you pull up with no reservation. I was the only one in the lot and as soon as the shuttle van returned from picking someone up it was off again dropping me off to the terminal right away, so there was no waiting for more people to show up which was nice. The driver was friendly and the lot is REALLY close to the airport so we got to my terminal very quickly. My experience getting picked up was equally good. Same thing, I was the only one getting picked up and the van showed up right away maybe in just over 10min, but no more than 15. Coming back at night I was now able to see that the lot was well lit and secure. I will use Sunrise again and recommended it. The price point was fair and the service was great. There are cheaper places out there but you get what you pay for. You get good service and peace of mind with them.
