This was a fun short distant walk ride or drive. At 1st glance it looked as to be a typical park,however as we followed the path there was more to be discovered. (Things not in the pics are as follows; slides monkey bars swings and seating space. All in all a fun way to get out and have simple fun

Nice place with big fur trees. Beautiful and peaceful lake. Cool in hot weather. I wish they installed a swing for toddlers. Now there's only a swing with a tire-like sit, not suitable for 1-2 year olds.

A total gem of a municipal park. Lots of hiking trails, pretty vistas, and interesting former-lumber-mill infrastructure. A great place to take kids, which I don't have, but I can see that it would be.
