So I'm a lady driving in the rain can't see because my windshield aren't good. I stoped by the closest auto zone to get the windsheilds replaced..Worst customer service I've ever had. I told the worker my situation and that I needed help to pick what I'm looking for. Manager was rude and didn't want to help it was to much of a bother for him I get to get out from his desk to assist as well. He turned the screen into my face and told me an aile number. Abviously I walked out upset because he knew that I had no idea what I'm doing and specificallyasked him for assistance. What a shame! Hire someone that is welling to help!

This is my local AutoZone. Every time I go here they have the parts I need. The employees are knowledge and friendly. I have been at the location near closing time and I did not feel rushed. So, if you need to get your check engine light out or need a new battery for a hard to find vehicle start here. It's always a good idea to call ahead. They are usually quick at answering the phone and ready to search for the part you are looking for.

One sign is when turning the key to start the car and it seems sluggish or takes longer to get the car started. Another sign is if the battery itself looks swollen or has any corrosion. You can also take your car to auto zone and have them check with a battery tester, it should be free.
