Where is the cheese and toppings on the outside of the pizza? Or is it supposed to look like that?

Decent pizza, was a little slower than I'd have expected since they didn't have to bake it. Online ordering wouldn't accept any international postcodes so had to pay with a family member's card which was frustrating.

We ordered 3 pizzas. One of them was supposed to be gluten free, cheese free with red sauce. It was $22. We got home, which is 30 minutes away, and the pizza was totally wrong. Tons of cheese, no sauce. We called and you were closed. So We called today and was told since we have no proof then there is nothing you can do. What the heck happened to customer service.
