Wow. Don’t even know where to begin… this review is directed solely to the service department. The brakes went out in my 2020 Silverado (not even 2 years old). Was able to get it to Community due to the location of it breaking down. After the truck was there for 4 days, Community refused to fix the truck and told me it was “drivable” and I needed to dive it to AV Chevy, where I purchased the vehicle. The service staff was nothing but useless, unhelpful, and deceitful. They would not tell me what was wrong with my truck, not help fix the issue. The truck was and still is under warranty and they still refused to fix the truck. I will never take my truck here again nor do I recommend anyone taking their vehicles to get fixed here. I have owned a Chevy for decades and have never been more disrespected by a dealership in my life.

We were thrilled when the Bolt EUV we were waiting for became available at this dealership. We desperately needed another car to drive to our son's wedding in San Diego, and knew that it had to be a Bolt. We arrived ready to buy, and completed our purchase with no glitches. The only negative was the aftermarket Reviver digital license plate already installed and costing a lot, which really disliked. Although the dealer was not initially willing to remove it or even reduce the price, they eventually (and gracefully) agreed to give us some financial consideration. Thank you so much, Community Chevrolet!! We do love our new car!

Chevy you’ve done it again. Sales member Manuel sent a letter to my home asking to purchase my vehicle because of a national shortage in parts.. I obliged and reaching back out to the sales team and got the run around before speaking with Manuel. The team member did not read the auto generated message he sent out to my home therefore he could not stay on script or recall the original offer that was sent to my home. After a brief call and a few photos Manuel misunderstood the conditions on the vehicle and offered me peanuts $300 as a pose to The $5000+ original printed offer before the visual appraisal. I would not trust this team to rightly appraise I call this predatory practice and low balling customers during a national crisis and misleading consumers into thinking the company can only pay the lowest price possible for parts they the company is so desperately in need of. Thanks for returning my call Manuel. Happy to speak with a member of management.

Hugo is the man. He and his team fixed my window from squeaking. Also did my first oil change on my new truck. I was looking at a 2019 Impala and I asked him what he thought of the car. He was honest with me and told me they came out good that year. He told me I could still buy the warranty just in case anything went wrong with the car. I bought the car with the warranty because I have confidence in Hugo. I respect and trust him when he tells me about cars. I have bought other cars at other dealers, but they do not compare to the service I have received here at Community Chevrolet. They have educated me that they could get me any car I want so I will continue to be a loyal Community Chevrolet customer. 4LIFE

You can! We have a few options of pre-owned Camaros available right now.
Unfortunately we only have the crew cab (4 door) available right now. We have many different options for our Crew Cab Silverado though!
This is not the experience we aim to provide. We apologize that this occurred and will be discussing this with our team. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We think it is a very nice car as it has a lot of space, safety features, good gas mileage and more! You can see all the specs right here: http://bit.ly/2Pbq382
We currently have a Pre-owned Chevrolet Cruze available!
It depends on the car/truck. When you have time, come by to see us. Then we can go over all the different options available.
A certified pre-owned car or CPO is a type of used car. Most often late-model, they differ from other used cars by having been inspected, refurbished, and certified by a manufacturer or other certifying authority. They also typically include an extended warranty, special financing, and additional benefits. Late model vs newer model.
Yes
