Asked for 2 large Mac and cheeses with my combos and they where getting the order wrong so I had to repeat the order about 5 times until they correctly got 2 large Mac and cheeses. Got me order and there was no Mac and cheese. This gets me very irratated that I had to repeat my order 5 times but they still got it wrong. 4/29/2022 @ 3:30pm

The drive through speaker is quite and they can’t sell individual pieces. If you want 4 chicken tenders they charge you for a whole meal because they only sell individuals in 3,6, or 9. Also when I tried to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for she told me she already explained over the speaker and that she only had 1min per car and that was the price, that she was making an exception for me and was just super putout because I just wanted to understand why I was paying for item I wasn’t getting. Super frustrating. This is the second time this has happened.

I went there for a family meal and was very disappointed. I expected fresh food and got old sitting in a food heater for hours type of food. The mac and cheese was almost brown from how old it was. The macaroni was hard and tasted horrible. The biscuits were not fresh or soft even. The mash potatoes tasted like burnt oil. And the chicken was just so bad like if it was cooked hours ago and reheated in a microwave.
