So i recently fallowed my gps here to track another device that are linked together which was stolen from my property,not once did i accuse the man or disrespect him in any matter .. >=[This device is linked to phone im using as my trusted devices again your on my google accounts using my name with my information @American Tires ...which Cant say much about services from here but i will state that the men i spoke to are theives as i told him why i was there the man quickly went in defensive move and the whole welcoming attitude changed

I called and asked to get 4 new tires, asked Joey if I needed a appointment which he responded no just come on in. I go in and says it’s gonna be a hour and a half wait. As I’m waiting i ask a hour and a half later almost 2 hours of waiting how much longer? Which he tells me again a hour and a half. Then tried to make excuses. Horrible service here!!! Extremely long wait and still didn’t get my car service. I do not recommend this place especially if your a female

5ive 5tars for American Tire Depot (ATD) - Rialto! I love showing praise and gratitude to local businesses that demonstrate excellence and this is one of them. Multiple points pushed ATD-Rialto to the top: 1. I called the day before visiting the store to see if they had what I wanted. Jeremy, the guy in charge, gave great customer service with a pleasant, professional tone. 2. He had what I wanted, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I reviewed our phone conversation. Seamlessly, he pulled out my prepared paperwork, verified my wishes, asked for my car key, and invited me to have a seat, which I did. 3. Within a reasonable time, (while I sat comfortably watching a movie) my tires were replaced at a good (buy 3, get 1 free) price. And I was on my way home. 4. The experience with ATD started on the phone and continued at the curb when I arrived. Visually, the shop was clean and orderly inside and out--a big plus. These things matter to me. I spend my time and precious money with businesses that demonstrate high quality professional service. It's not by chance or accident that they're exceptional. Guys like Jeremy know how to show that they value their customers, who will likely return. I will for sure and I recommend ATD-Rialto highly!
