Very nice attitude, explained the car situation very clear, gave suggestions but no pressure to decide directly. Just needed to wait for a longer time then I thought at first. Overall, a trustworthy place to change oil and fix car.

Front guy, Joel - super chill and nice dude; the other guys that work at the shop seem really cool as well. Went there for a tire change and they did a great job for a reasonable price. Thank you guys!!! :)

Goal: 2 new front tires as tread was gone and a front end brake and suspension check to diagnose the issue as my car was unable to be driven and my liveyhood depended on it as I would relay to the shop. Result: after coming back 3 days in a row after I was told they had no tires that werent the high end +$100 (trying to use my desperation agaisnt me to purchase more expensive tires). Told to come back each day only to be told about the more expensive tires and to wait another day if i wanted the $50 tires. Eventually after 3 days in a row, they gave in and gave me tires. Only to strip every single lugnut on both front tires they changed. They would tell me after the "inspection" that my car needed new CV Axels, bad tires and bad cv axeles my car was barely able to drive yet they would "test drive" it by gunning it out of their parking lot scraping the bottom as they left. Would tell me that each CV Axel cost 400, this for non OEM parts as well. Would eventually purchase both axels for half of one axel at their quote and fixed myself later on along with other suspension parts they neglected to inform me were busted during inspection. During the brake and suspsension check or diagnoses, and only bc I would try to change the brakes a day later would notice my brake caliper hanging only by the bottom bolt. Apparently they took the top bolt off so the entire brake caliper was hanging off the rotor or worse then that somehow missed it during their inspection I would also have them realign my car, granite with existing CV axel problem but knew it help in short term. Would pay 100 for that only to get it back with it still out of line. The camber on one side was so noticably off I can only assume their was unmoral intentions their as well They also missed the fact that my bushings were busted and i needed to replace the control arms as well which i would do on my own again. Luckily they would buy the wheel studs for me to replace them as every single lugnut was striped and played it off as accident when i went back to deal with the damage to my car On top of all that they would not give me the veteran discount and denied me the discount. Being that this was the first time i was desperate enough to take my car to someone cant say they helped their industry and hopefully their business fails as they do not serve anyone but themselves. Good luck if you trust them, if you need car parts, OEM replacements parts, shop at rockauto.com. they would have charged me 800 for cv axels parts alone that were cheap after market, when i was able to buy GM replacements parts for 250 total Goodluck if you go here, i wouldn't.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon and spoke to Justine and inquired aboout replacing my front left tire that had a side wall bulge next to valve. He placed an order for a replacement time of same make and model and size. He said he would call me as soon as it was delivered. Today at lunch he calls me to inform that the tire is in. Super fast service around 3pm with no customer at store, which never happens; at least for last 8years I have been buying tires and services for my 3 vehicles. Thanks Justine!
