Hopeless Tattoo & Piercing

05.21.22: I turned 18 a few days ago and scheduled an appointment for my septum. I was booked with Austin and he was so wonderful. He was very professional and pretty straightforward whilst explaining the process, but still very warm. He’s a silly guy, if you will.. and we had many laughs throughout the appointment which eased the anxiety of me getting my first facial piercing. I really enjoyed his precense, and my boyfriend (who accompanied me) had positive things to say as well! Now that I’ve been pierced by Rachel and Austin; I can assure that both artists will give you a wonderful experience and booking here is a great choice. I’m very excited to come back. <3 08.19.21: Rachel did my navel piercing and she was amazing! :) After an anatomy check she explained to me that in order for my piercing to work it would have to be a floating navel, which I was fine with- and I'm super happy she told me and pierced it that way rather than doing it the "normal" way; which I'm sure other people might have done, especially since I didn't know any better. It looks so cute and I couldn't be happier. I loved the way she talked to my mom and I (I'm a minor), and she talked out loud a lot; she apologized for that but I enjoyed it since it helped me have a better understanding on what was going on and her process... silence would have made me feel more anxious. Overall, it was an amazing experience, she was amazing, and I definitely recommend coming here. :)) Oh, and one more thing, it's very pretty inside and I love the décor. :)

I have had the most amazing experience at this shop especially with Austin. Before I started coming here, I had so many piercing issues, but Austin has been the best at making sure everything is smooth sailing for all my piercings, even the ones I got done elsewhere. And it is such a nice vibe at this shop, I will definitely be coming back for more! Very appreciative for all the help!

Amazing experience and would definitely recommend. Talked to Travis on the phone to book my appointment. He was kind, helpful and professional. Took the time to talk me through everything I needed to know before hand. I got pierced by Austin, once again amazing. Kind, helpful and professional. He was great figuring out exactly what I wanted, explaining what exactly he'd do before we started, as well as well he worked. Checked on how things were feeling and how I was doing as he went. Personally I'm afraid of needles but there wasn't a moment I was confused or scared with him working on me. I can't express enough how amazing everyone in there is. I'm completely happy with my piercings, I think they look great and was an amazing experience. I'll 100% be coming back and recommending them to people.

My sister and I came to get our ears re-pierced and Rachel was super super nice! She helped us pick which jewelry we wanted and let us know the pricing on it all! She also helped me decide what was the best thing to do with my ears since I still had my original hole. She asked if it was okay to touch me before doing so and explained the whole process really well. She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable and let me know that I could tell her if anything hurt or if I didn’t like what I had. I’m definitely going to bring my daughter to get her ears pierced by her in the future! Plus I’m going to come back to Rachel anytime I want another piercing. I can’t say enough good things about her!!
