I worked with El Kapitan to build a Mercedes 4x4 Sprinter that I had planned on living in while I drove around the country for potentially multiple years. It was a difficult project; it had to be luxurious enough for me (who has admittedly high standards) to live in long term while still being completely self sufficient and rugged enough to spend extended periods of time boondocking off road. I shopped around to other van builders and El Kapitan was by far the best option. Their craftsmanship was far better than anyone else's but they were also professional-- They picked up or answered every call. I could come back after months on the road and they'd quickly turn around whatever edit or upgrade I wanted done. Brendan and Billy (really the entire staff) were a pleasure to work with and get to know throughout the whole process. I look forward to using them in the future on my next van!!!
