Help! My car died in the hotel parking garage during our disneyland trip ! Dylan Herrera and the team at this location are amazing! I originally went to the Katella location and they were really rude and refused to install a battery for me. I called this location and they were so kind over the phone. They confirmed they had my battery in stock and said they will get someone to install my battery as soon as possible for me. Dylan came out and it was so quick and easy. He was so kind. It took less than 15 minutes. Wow! Need a helping hand!? this location will go over and beyond for their customers. Thanks again Dylan & Team !

Came here to get my battery tested since I started having issues and it was a quick test. I was then offered different batteries and went with their recommendation, which was not the most expensive one! I loved that they did not try to get me to get the most expensive one. I kept shopping while they replaced my battery. In and out within 15 minutes! Amazing customer service!
