We rented a car from Enterprise here on October 19th 2021 . We used a credit card for the hold to get the rental vehicle and days later after we returned the car we had suspicious charges on our card from Richmond VA . We reported our card and private information as stolen and got new cards . Very shady to us that we never used that card until that day and we live in California and the card was used in VA .Our card was either stolen /sold or both . Very disappointing. When we use Avis our card was never stolen !

Amazing, quick, easy and friendly! The car was super clean and nice. They didn't have the vehicle I originally reserved online, but they gave me a more expensive car for the same price! Then when I needed the car longer than expected they gave me a deal on the week and it was cheaper than it would have been daily. Thanks so much for making my family's trip so easy!
