Called around looking for a rental van big enough to take the grandkids on a road trip and stumbled upon this small business with exactly what I needed! The van was a high option Toyota Sienna that was clean and drove well. They were ready for me early Wednesday morning. Jose went through all the options on the car and helped me set up the Bluetooth so I didn't have to figure it out on my own. Thanks for adding to our experience!

FYI, it's inside the Ramada Hotel. Don't drive around and try to look for the sign. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Nice and reliable vehicles. The only problem is if you planning to pick up the car early in the morning, they maybe there later than the time they expected to open.

Jose is a customer service superstar!!! He helped me get into a car at the last minute on a Friday night, when Enterprise would not honor my reservation even though I arrived on time (they had already given my reserved car away). Jose also accommodated me when I needed to keep the vehicle for additional days. He was kind to myself and my family, and made what could have been a stressful time very easy. The car I you was extremely clean and well-maintained, and drove very nicely. From now on I will go to Metro for my rental needs!!
