Bad customer service and business practices. Before I talked to anyone they took my bottle, once I talked to an employee he assumed I was a different customer and I let him know: sir I have not been helped you have the wrong guy. He got a little irritated and proceeded to find out who I was and then told me essentially I was giving their bottle back and couldn't get an exchange or refill. I used to do business with this company on a daily basis before it was bought by different owners. At that time the customer service was always above and beyond. Now it seems customers are nothing but an annoyances. Good Job airgas..
