I was running errands, mom calls and asked me to bring her a chicken sandwich home. Okay. Pulling up the drive thru line is long, so I go in. No one says anything to me. I wait probably a good eight minutes. The dinning area had 2 other customers and myself. I watched them busily filling drive thru orders. I contemplated leaving then the manager comes forward and takes my order. A original chicken sandwich and a lemonade. 6.50$ It took them 15 minutes to get my order. I’m very disappointed in the atmosphere of the staff and manager. It will be along time before I go back to that Hazel Dell on Hwy 99 location. Y’all need some manners!!

Our order was completely wrong. We asked for chicken tenders and got regular chicken. We asked for 3 spicy and 2 regular and got 3 regular and 2 spicy. The workers do not know their merchandise and seem terribly confused. Then they overcharges us by 4 bucks! Not impressed!

They forgot my chicken on my doordash order. I only received one small side and biscuit, my drink was pure soda water when i ordered coke. Really upset. This place is usually good but now I have to wait for a refund and dont want to order again. it costs money to tip these drivers so you basically cost me 10 bucks for nothing and want me to pay another $10 tip for the next driver when I repeat my order that I have to hope the same employees get right the second time. Its really lame and you should make it right.

The chicken here is very good. My kids loved it. It is very flaky and crispy. We bought the 8-piece meal and everything was hot and fresh. The line was rather long to get our food, but it did finally come. The weight was on the fries. Others who are waiting in line said that it is normal for them to be backlogged. Overall, I was happy with what I got. The app was easy to use.
