Foods great, manager or shift lead seems a bit overwhelming and passive aggressive to her staff definitely ruins the vibe on her employees and I’m sure makes them not have the best attitude when they see a customer staff definitely needs help but overall the food is good I just take customer service and management very serious anywhere I go

So I decided to pick up dinner unfortunately one of the employees disrespected me just to enter in the restaurant and instead of him telling me in English or Spanish with kindly words please sir can you take the drive-thru I couldn't understand but he treated me with ignorance and started giving me sign language and getting aggressive with me and instead of talking to me nice I understand we're in a pandemic I was wearing a mask and this restaurant had no respect for me and had no good qualifications for customer service and yet I was trying to get food on top of that there was no sign indicating that I couldn't pick up my food pay for it and then leaving in peace no I just got disrespected and with the aggression attitude with these employees I don't know what's going to happen to this Pollo loco?

Ordered from Postmates and they send me expired food. Tasted and smelled rotten chicken was over cooked and tortillas were raw! Trash!! It wasn’t even edible

I really enjoy the three taco special the tacos Al Carbon for $4.99 My cashier Jonathan was very friendly and the store was very clean they had to hand sanitizer out right at the register if you needed it the specials are really good the chicken was being cooked fresh you’ll see that from my photos I love business is that even though their corporate and they might be a chain restaurant they still offer really wonderfully priced very healthy food is cooked very well and prepared safely. I can see why the driving portion of this business is constantly busy I walked in and I’ll be coming back I highly recommend trying many of their other specials!
