I love this place! I Pretty particular about my hash browns and Anthony or Brandi make it right every time! Kathy the waitress and -Aaron the buser are courteous, fast and efficient. We found my new favorite diner, you have to go!

I order chicken fried eggs over medium with whole wheat bread. My eggs were done right, hasbrowns no good, but is hard to fine hasbrowns done right anymore, chicken fried ok, and the gravy was real good, the toast was cold and butter only on the middle of the bread

My first visit to the Hugga Mug Diner was a pleasant surprise. From the outside, it's not much to look at, the inside doesn't get much better. It is the epitome of a "greasy spoon". It isn't lavishly decorated, nor is there any air of refinement to it whatsoever. I realize that sounds like an insult, but it's not, it is a perfect example of classic Americana and the diner experience. The staff are friendly and competent, the food is prepared excellently, and the prices are super-budget friendly. You can hit the drive-thru at a chain slinging mass-produced burgers out the window, or you can visit the Hugga Mug Diner for a sit down, well prepared, cook to order meal (and save money). The cooks are "right there", not hidden away in a secret kitchen somewhere, the wait staff are available instantly since the dining room is cozy (yet comfortable). The only thing missing from making this the perfect example of an American diner is the absence of the waitress calling out the orders in some diner code like, "Adam and Eve on a raft, extra cow paste, and a hockey puck 86 the rabbit food." If you're hungry, budget conscious, and looking for good food and good service, the Hugga Mug Diner is the place for you.
