Terrible experience at service center!! I had a rodent that chewed on one of the electrical wire. I hardly see the mechanic working on car less than 45 mins and charged me for almost 3 hrs of labor. I was only in the location for 1.5 hrs. Overall charges were close to $400 (labor + $79 part). The lady at the front desk tried her best to charge as much as she can. I can see her calculations only showing up around $200. She realized I am watching her calculations and stopped doing it in front of me, finally charged $400. There service department needs some honest when charging customers.

I was in the market for purchasing a new vehicle, and previously had a Hyundai so this was my first stop. First, I gave a general budget and was just pointed at all the cars that were over it - and was told they basically had nothing for me. I am very understanding of the current shortage, but the way this was gone over felt very rude. I also asked to have my car appraised, and was given the lowest KBB value. I was told my car had hail damage (it did not). This all did not sit well, so I left and decided to go to another dealer. My car was appraised at the highest KBB value with another big name dealer, and they asked me what I wanted to pay and worked with me to get a brand new 2022 vehicle.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding our Covid Safety practices at Watermark Hyundai of Marion. We want to make sure that our customers and employees are operating in safe and secure environments. We are wiping down all high-traffic areas with anti-bacterial wipes or disinfectant. All customer waiting areas, restrooms, ticket counters, etc., are being cleaned and disinfected several times each day. Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations through our dealership. Masks are worn by all employees. We will wipe down the main areas of the vehicle upon arrival in our service dept. and at departure. We offer complimentary pick-up and delivery for our service customers. Our technicians wear latex gloves while working on customer vehicles and discarded after each service.
