It's a supply chain issue mostly. Our customers are having issues getting parts (mainly this semi-conductors that have been in the news). No parts? No cars. No car? No orders from their suppliers. All of our customers (GM, Toyota & Subaru for AMI) have been having delayed pickups and non-production days, so we do all we can for orders, build a little safety, and then if there's nothing else to do, we send the team members home. One can only clean so much for so long. Hope this explains a little to you.
I would check the schedule for exact time. The latest was 7pm excrpt on friday and 8pm exception. You must consider that each appointment is approx 20 minutes and any patient can request a double appt. Time so availability is based on those appointments already scheduled.
Some older machines have been moved out, but just as many new machines have come in.
